Eligibility requirements

Responsibilities toward authors
Apply fair, objective, and transparent editorial practices.
Protect submission confidentiality and handle manuscripts professionally.
Support timely decisions and constructive communication.
Manage ethical issues and allegations of misconduct using established procedures.
Responsibilities toward reviewers
Select reviewers aligned with expertise; avoid overburdening individuals.
Require confidentiality and conflict-of-interest disclosure.
Encourage constructive critique and timely review completion.
Responsibilities toward society and the scholarly record
Promote integrity of published work, corrections, and retractions where needed.
Ensure conclusions are supported by evidence and methods are described adequately.
Responsibilities toward REPA (publisher/owner)
Follow REPA editorial procedures and schedules while maintaining editorial integrity.
Support improved evaluation and dissemination of scholarly material.
Public listing (optional): If selected, REPA may publish the applicant’s name, affiliation, country, short bio, role title, and photo on REPA conference/journal pages.
Non-public: REPA will not publish home address, personal IDs, passport details, or private documents.
Internal use: CV, contact details, expertise keywords, and COI declarations are used only for editorial operations and governance.
No employment relationship: Editorial roles are voluntary unless a written contract states otherwise.
Right to decline/remove: REPA may accept, decline, suspend, or remove editorial members to protect integrity, performance, and policy compliance.
Liability limit: Participation does not guarantee publication outcomes, indexing decisions, or impact metrics. REPA is not liable for indirect damages arising from editorial participation.
Data retention: REPA may retain internal records for operations, integrity investigations, and compliance; public profiles can be updated or removed on request.
