The 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Smart Technologies (ICSEST-2026) was held on 24–25 September 2026 at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada. The information below is retained as a record of the visa-support documentation available to verified participants during the conference period.
IRCC Event Registration: ICSEST-2026 was registered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and received a Special Event Code for the conference visa application process. During the active registration period, verified registered participants could receive visa application support documents, including an official conference invitation letter.

Important visa notice: ICSEST-2026 provides conference-related support documents only. Visa approval is decided only by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the relevant Canadian visa office. ICSEST-2026 does not guarantee visa approval.
Upon verification and confirmation of full registration, registered ICSEST-2026 participants may request a visa application support package prepared to support their Canada visa application and conference travel documentation.
This package is designed for participants who need official conference documentation for online visa application use, institutional approval, travel preparation, sponsorship review, or embassy-related documentation.
Official ICSEST-2026 Invitation Letter: Issued by the ICSEST-2026 Organizing Committee to confirm registered conference participation in Vancouver, Canada.
IRCC Special Event Code: Provided where applicable for verified registered participants for use in the online visa application process.
Official Registration Invoice and Payment Receipt: Documenting completed and verified conference registration for institutional, sponsor, or visa documentation purposes.
Invitation Letter Reference Number and Online Verification: Included for authenticity, tracking, administrative record, and confirmation purposes.
Abstract or Full Paper Acceptance Letter: Issued for authors where applicable after successful review or acceptance.
Organizer Credentials and Conference Information: May include organizer details, Research and Education Promotion Association (REPA) LLC, USA information, the official conference flyer, Call for Papers (CFP), venue details, and other conference documentation where appropriate.
Venue and Event Information: Conference details confirming ICSEST-2026 at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada, scheduled for 24–25 September 2026.

ICSEST-2026 uses the Visa Application Number to report your participation and invitation letter through the IRCC event participant reporting process and help IRCC match your visa application with the official ICSEST-2026 event records.
If you do not provide your Visa Application Number, ICSEST-2026 will not be able to include your information in the participant information reported to IRCC. It is your responsibility to send this number after you apply for your Canadian visa.
If you choose not to provide your Visa Application Number, ICSEST-2026 will not report your visa application information to IRCC through the event participant reporting process.

IRCC visa application number, for example V123456789
ICSEST-2026 registration or invoice ID
This information helps ICSEST-2026 report confirmed participant details to IRCC through the official participant-list process. It also supports invitation-letter validity verification and helps reduce misuse, altered documents, and fake invitation letters.
Sharing the IRCC visa application number is essential because it helps IRCC identify the application as related to ICSEST-2026 and match it with the confirmed participant record submitted by the organizer.

The shared information may include the participant name, passport country of issuance, IRCC visa application number, ICSEST-2026 registration status, and related conference participation details.
Participant information will not be published on the ICSEST-2026 website. ICSEST-2026 uses this information only for conference administration, invitation-letter verification, and IRCC-related event reporting.
