Official Invitation Letter

The ICSEST-2026 Organizing Committee provides official invitation letters to confirmed participants to support Canada travel and visa documentation for conference attendance.

Participants are responsible for confirming whether they require a Temporary Resident Visa (visitor visa) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), and for submitting all required documents to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Invitation letters are issued only after successful registration and full payment confirmation.

What You Receive (After Verification & Full Payment)

Upon verification and confirmation of full registration payment, eligible participants will receive the following Visa Support Package:

• Official ICSEST-2026 Invitation Letter – Issued by the ICSEST-2026 Organizing Committee to confirm conference participation in Canada.
• Official Registration Invoice & Payment Receipt – Documenting completed and verified conference registration.
• Invitation Letter Reference Number & Online Verification – Included on the invitation letter for authenticity, tracking, and record purposes.
• Abstract or Full Paper Acceptance Letter (for authors, where applicable) – Issued following successful peer review.
• Organizer Credentials & Conference Information – Including organizer details (Research and Education Promotion Association – REPA LLC, USA), the official conference flyer, and the Call for Papers (CFP), as may be requested by embassies, institutions, or sponsors.

How to Request an Invitation Letter

To request an ICSEST-2026 invitation letter, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Registration or Invoice Request – Complete the registration or invoice request form via the official conference website.
2. Complete Full Payment – Pay the applicable registration fee in full using the online payment system or issued invoice.
3. Verification – The ICSEST-2026 Secretariat verifies your registration details and payment status.
4. Issuance – Your official invitation letter and supporting documents are issued electronically typically within two (2) business days after verification.

Invitation Letter Verification

• All ICSEST-2026 invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include an authorized stamp and signature.
• Each invitation letter includes a unique verification reference number.
• Invitation letters can be verified online through the official ICSEST-2026 verification system using the reference number.
• Institutions or embassies may confirm authenticity by contacting the ICSEST-2026 Secretariat if required.
