• Phone number
• Organization name (if applicable)
• Billing address: Street
• Billing address: City
• Billing address: State/Province
• Billing address: Postal code
• Billing address: Country
• Type of registration: Professional, Audience, Academic, Student
• Type of payment: Online or Wire/Bank transfer
• Payment due required: 15 days, 30 days, or 60 days

Important notes

• Invoices are issued based on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received
• Invitation letters and visa application support related documents are issued only after payment verification, in accordance with conference policy
