After successful registration and presentation, all accepted papers will be scheduled for publication consideration. Each submission is evaluated for inclusion in appropriate academic outlets based on Scientific Committee and reviewers’ recommendations. All papers undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Editorial and Scientific Boards to ensure quality and originality.

Springer Nature – Conference Proceedings

Selected papers will be published in the Springer proceedings volume: Sustainable Engineering and Smart Technologies.

• DOIs assigned and indexed via SpringerLink
• No Article Processing Charge (APC)
• Authors must complete ICSEST-2026 registration and present their papers at the conference

REPA Peer-Reviewed Journals (External Sponsorship)

REPA journals are externally sponsored publication outlets managed by REPA LLC (USA). Only top-quality papers recommended by reviewers and approved by the Editorial Board will be considered for journal publication (100% Waived Article Processing Charge - APC).

• Publishes peer-reviewed conference papers, case studies, and short communications
• Focuses on applied sustainability research and real-world impact

Publication Assignment Policy

Authors cannot select their preferred publication outlet. Final assignment is determined by the Editorial Board based on:

• Research theme alignment
• Scientific and methodological quality
• Reviewers and editor recommendations

This policy ensures academic integrity, quality consistency, and appropriate journal placement.
