IRCC Event Registration: ICSEST-2026 is registered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and has received a Special Event Code for use in the online visa application process. After registration and participant verification, registered participants may receive visa application support documents, including an official conference visa invitation letter.
ICSEST-2026 is an international, peer-reviewed conference bringing together researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and students working on sustainable energy systems, smart technologies, and interdisciplinary innovation.

If you request an ICSEST-2026 invitation letter or visa application support package, this form is mandatory. You must read it carefully, complete all required sections accurately, check the applicable declarations, sign it, and return it with the requested information.
If another person or organization paid your registration fee, the payer must also complete and sign the payer authorization section. Invitation and visa-support documents will not be issued until the required information, signatures, and payment authorization have been verified.
Do not register under this pathway if you do not agree. Before payment, you must be willing to complete and sign the required form and acknowledge the conference Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. If you do not agree with these requirements or do not want to provide the required verification information, please do not register for invitation-letter or visa-support services.

After payment: Complete and sign the required form and return it with the requested registration and participant information using the submission instructions provided by ICSEST-2026. Do not send/share your payment-card number, CVV/security code, online-banking password, payment-account password or other sensetive information.

Note: Visa issuance is subject to the decision of the relevant authorities. The conference does not guarantee visa approval.

Each accepted abstract or paper requires one full registration by the presenting author.
Co-authors attending the conference must register separately.
Student registrations require valid proof of enrollment.
All registration fees are non-refundable after payment confirmation.
Registration type and attendance mode cannot be changed after confirmation.
By completing payment, participants acknowledge and accept the conference policies.
