ICSEST-2026 has introduced a centralized page for participants, institutions, employers, sponsors, government authorities, and other authorized parties seeking clear event and verification information.
The page also explains the distinction between an AMS venue booking and institutional endorsement, directs administrative inquiries away from speakers and committee members, and provides a written quotation process for extended verification documents. Administrative prices are not published publicly.
ICSEST-2026 has officially published its online Abstracts & Papers Status Directory, providing a centralized public record of the abstracts and papers currently processed through the conference submission system.
Each listed contribution includes the paper or abstract title, author names, institutional affiliations, city and country, full abstract, keywords, submission ID, and current conference status.
To improve academic visibility and discoverability, each contribution is assigned a dedicated direct link that can be easily shared, referenced, or accessed using its unique ICSEST-2026 submission ID. The directory is structured to support improved indexing by search engines, academic discovery platforms, and AI-based search systems.
Submission statuses are updated as applicable review, registration, verification, presentation, and publication eligibility requirements are completed. Authors and participants are encouraged to review their listed information and contact the ICSEST-2026 Secretariat if an administrative correction is required.
The online directory will continue to be updated as additional abstracts and papers are received, reviewed, registered, and processed.
Effective immediately, ICSEST-2026 has strengthened its verification, payment-confirmation, and compliance procedures for all Official Invitation Letter and Visa Application Support requests.
Previous standard processing: within 2 business days → New estimated processing: approximately 7 business days, subject to successful completion of all required verification procedures.
Why is ICSEST-2026 introducing stronger verification? These measures are being implemented to protect genuine participants, conference payment transactions, official invitation letters, visa-support documentation, and the overall integrity of ICSEST-2026.
Unfortunately, ICSEST-2026 has experienced a limited number of cases in which participants completed registration, requested conference services, and received or obtained access to official invitation letters or visa application support documentation, after which a payment dispute or chargeback was initiated with a claim that the original registration payment was unauthorized.
Where a person knowingly authorizes or benefits from a registration transaction, receives conference services or official documentation, and subsequently makes a false or misleading payment claim, this creates serious financial, administrative, verification, compliance, and document-integrity concerns.
Such conduct is unfair to genuine participants and may constitute a serious violation of conference policies. ICSEST-2026 is therefore introducing stronger preventive controls before personalized invitation and visa-support documentation is issued.
Before an Official Invitation Letter or Visa Application Support Package is prepared or issued, ICSEST-2026 may require successful completion of all applicable verification procedures, including:
Please plan accordingly: Invitation Letter and Visa Application Support requests should now be submitted well in advance. Incomplete documentation, inconsistent information, delayed payer verification, or additional verification requirements may extend processing beyond the estimated 7 business days.
All participants, registrants, payers, and recipients of ICSEST-2026 documentation are required to comply fully with conference policies and to provide truthful and accurate information.
Any substantiated serious violation, fraudulent activity, deliberate misrepresentation, misuse of official conference documentation, or abusive payment-dispute activity may result in immediate administrative, reporting, contractual, or legal action as appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the matter, ICSEST-2026 reserves the right, as permitted by applicable policies and law, to take one or more of the following actions.
Suspend, terminate, cancel, or revoke conference registration, participation privileges, services, or associated conference benefits in accordance with applicable conference policies.
Withdraw, invalidate, or cease supporting an ICSEST-2026 Invitation Letter, Visa Application Support Package, registration confirmation, certificate, or other conference-issued documentation where appropriate.
Report documented suspected fraud, misrepresentation, payment abuse, or document misuse to relevant authorities or organizations where appropriate and legally permitted, including IRCC, CBSA, law-enforcement bodies, payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, or other competent authorities.
Where justified and legally permissible, notify a participant's university, academic institution, employer, company, sponsoring organization, professional body, or other relevant organization regarding substantiated serious misconduct connected with the conference.
Pursue available contractual, administrative, financial, dispute-resolution, or legal remedies and preserve or submit relevant evidence through appropriate lawful channels.
Relevant registration records, signed authorizations, correspondence, transaction information, document-delivery records, and other lawfully retained evidence may be used in responding to disputes, investigations, or official inquiries.
In exceptional cases involving substantiated serious fraud, deliberate misuse of conference documentation, serious policy violations, or significant misconduct, ICSEST-2026 may, where legally permitted and consistent with applicable privacy requirements, publish a factual compliance, revocation, fraud-prevention, or misconduct notice.
Where lawful, reasonably necessary, and appropriate to the circumstances, such a notice may include limited relevant identifying information such as the individual's name, country, registration category, institutional or organizational affiliation, registration or document status, nature of the substantiated violation, and other reasonably necessary related information.
Any such action will be subject to applicable law, conference policies, privacy requirements, and the circumstances and evidence of the particular case.
Privacy safeguard: ICSEST-2026 does not intend to publicly disclose highly sensitive information such as complete passport numbers, full payment-card details, CVV/security codes, online-banking credentials, passwords, or similar protected information except where a specific disclosure is lawfully required or authorized through an appropriate official process.
Important clarification: ICSEST-2026 may withdraw or invalidate its own conference-issued invitation or support documentation, but the Conference does not decide, approve, refuse, cancel, or revoke a Canadian visa or immigration application. Immigration decisions remain exclusively with the competent Canadian authorities.
Registration and issuance of an ICSEST-2026 Invitation Letter or Visa Application Support Package do not create an unconditional entitlement to continued conference support.
Conference services and documentation remain subject to truthful representations, legitimate payment authorization, successful verification, compliance with conference policies, and responsible use of all materials issued by ICSEST-2026.
A payment dispute or chargeback should not be used as a substitute for contacting the Conference regarding a legitimate concern. Participants and payers are expected to communicate directly with ICSEST-2026 and comply with the registration and payment terms they accepted.
We sincerely regret any additional processing time these safeguards may create for genuine participants. However, stronger verification is necessary to protect legitimate registrants, prevent misuse of conference documentation, maintain secure payment practices, and preserve the integrity and credibility of ICSEST-2026.
Participants requiring an Invitation Letter or Visa Application Support Package are strongly encouraged to register early and submit all required verification information accurately and promptly.
To accommodate additional international submissions and support participants requiring sufficient time for visa processing, ICSEST-2026 has extended several important deadlines.
