All abstracts and full papers must be submitted by the announced deadlines. Submissions received after the deadline may not be considered. Authors are strongly advised to comply with all submission timelines to ensure eligibility for review, program inclusion, and publication consideration.
All submitted abstracts and full papers undergo a formal peer-review process to assess technical quality, originality, and relevance to the conference scope. Final acceptance decisions are made only after completion of the review process. Authors will be notified of acceptance, revision requests, or rejection via email within the specified notification period.
To be included in the official conference program, receive an acceptance letter, and remain eligible for publication, at least one author must complete full registration and payment within the stated deadlines. Submissions without confirmed registration and payment may be removed from the program and publication pipeline without further notice.
All payments must be initiated only after receiving an official proforma invoice issued by the ICSEST-2026 Secretariat. Payments made without an invoice may not be recognized. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank or wire transfer, as specified on the invoice.
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is completed. Participants are advised to confirm their availability and travel readiness before finalizing registration.
Participants registered for virtual attendance may request an upgrade to onsite (physical) attendance, subject to approval and availability.
Participants registered for onsite attendance are not permitted to change to virtual attendance under any circumstances. All change requests must be submitted in writing to the conference Secretariat.
All participants—whether attending onsite or online—must comply with the ICSEST-2026 Code of Conduct. Professional, respectful, and inclusive behavior is expected at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund.
Personal information collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations. Information will be used solely for conference administration, communication, and verification purposes.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and visa requirements. General travel guidance may be provided on the conference website.
Presenters are encouraged to use the official conference presentation template, which will be shared prior to the event.
All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Academic misconduct may result in rejection, withdrawal of acceptance, and exclusion from future ICSEST events.
