The conference venue is located on the UBC Vancouver campus. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
On-campus options (UBC Vancouver):
West Coast Suites (UBC Vancouver) – hotel-style suites on campus. Gage Suites (Suites at UBC) – apartment-style suites on campus. Carey Centre – on-campus guest rooms near UBC facilities.Vancouver is a high-demand travel destination. Early booking is strongly recommended for 24–25 September 2026.
Participants attending on-site may optionally add a full-day meal package during registration. This package is designed for an academic conference schedule and is provided by Nest Catering & Conferences (UBC). All catering is professionally prepared and served on-site by the official venue caterer.
The meal package is recommended for participants who prefer a seamless on-site experience without leaving the venue between sessions. Dietary options are supported, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections.
