Presenter Guidelines

Presentation Requirement

All accepted abstracts and papers must be presented at ICSEST-2026. Presentations may be delivered onsite (in Vancouver) or offsite (online). Presenters are required to select one of the following formats:

Onsite Oral Presentation

Authors present their research in person at the conference venue during an assigned technical session. Each presenter will be allocated a specific time slot, followed by audience discussion and Q&A.

Onsite Poster Presentation

Authors present their work using a poster display at the conference venue.

For improved engagement with online participants, presenters are encouraged to prepare a digital version of the poster for virtual Q&A sessions.

• Authors may bring their own physical poster and stand if preferred
• Limited poster space will also be available onsite
• No fixed size requirement; posters should be clear and readable

Offsite Online Presentation

Authors present their research remotely via the official ICSEST-2026 virtual platform, allowing full participation without travel.

Offsite Virtual Poster Presentation

Authors submit a digital poster to be displayed on the virtual platform and remain available online during designated discussion periods to interact with attendees.

Presentation Template

• Optional Use: A professional presentation template is available to support visual consistency
• Usage Policy: The template is licensed exclusively for ICSEST-2026 academic presentations and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial or broadcast purposes

• Alternative Option: Authors may use their own presentation templates

Preparation Tips

• Practice: Rehearse to ensure clear delivery within the allotted time
• Engagement: Prepare visuals that support discussion and audience interaction
• Technical Check: Test devices, software, and internet connectivity in advance
• Clarity: Use concise slides with readable text and figures

Q&A Sessions

Each oral presentation includes a dedicated Q&A session. Poster presenters (onsite or virtual) are expected to be available during assigned periods to discuss their work and receive feedback.
