ICSEST-2026 recognizes outstanding research contributions presented during the conference. The Best Paper Awards honor originality, technical excellence, and meaningful impact in advancing sustainable energy, smart technologies, and interdisciplinary innovation.
The award evaluation follows a three-stage process:
Initial Screening: Assessment of quality, relevance, and scientific values.
Double-Blind Peer Review: Evaluation of scientific rigor, originality, and technical merit.
Final Jury Evaluation: Review by a panel of senior experts to select award recipients.
A total of four (6) Best Paper Awards will be presented in the following categories:
Best Paper in Sustainable Energy
Best Paper in Smart & Green Technology Innovation
Best Paper in Climate Change Mitigation & Resilience
Best Paper in Social, Economic & Policy Sustainability
Best Presentation Award
Outstanding Reviewer Award
The conference recognizes excellence through the following awards:
Certificate of Excellence recognizing outstanding research quality (Best Paper)
Certificate of Excellence recognizing outstanding presentation quality (Best Presentation)
Certificate of Appreciation recognizing exceptional contribution to the peer-review process (Outstanding Reviewer)
Eligibility for awards is subject to the following requirements:
All accepted and presented papers at ICSEST-2026 are automatically eligible
Only submissions received by the official deadlines will be considered
Papers must comply with ICSEST-2026 formatting, originality, and ethical standards
At least one registered author must present the paper at the conference
Award winners will be announced during the ICSEST-2026 Closing Ceremony.
Recipients will be formally recognized during the event; advance notification may apply in limited cases.
This award was presented at 2025 International Conference on Sustainable Innovations and Partnerships (SIP-2025) , held on November 15–16, 2025 at the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. It reflects the conference’s commitment to recognizing high-quality research that demonstrates innovation, academic rigor, and real-world impact. Past award recipients exemplify the standards of excellence and relevance that future conferences, including ICSEST-2026, continue to uphold.
